As we continue to lower our carbon footprint and in an effort to make your visit as seamless and smooth as possible, we have recently made the
decision to be fully paperless. As a result, your time at our shop may differ a little bit from the traditional repair shop. When one of our technicians
finds needed repairs, these concerns are entered through their tablet (Integrated Shop Software) and the repair order is accessed by the parts
and service advisor prior to the customer being notified of the estimate.
