Our Story
Alpharetta’s Finest Auto Collision was built through hard work, dedication, and a true passion for quality service. Our journey began as a mobile detailing business, grew into interior reconditioning and paint work, and eventually evolved into a full-service collision repair center.
The company was founded by Marcelo Pacio, alongside his wife Ana Paula Pacio. Together, they are proud parents to twins, Joshua and Noah, who are on the autism spectrum. Their experience as an autism-support family has shaped the company’s values of honesty, patience, and compassion.
As a Christian, Seventh-day Adventist family, faith plays an important role in how we conduct business. Integrity, transparency, and respect are at the core of everything we do.
Our Commitment to Customers
Unlike many collision centers, we are not a Direct Repair Program (DRP) shop for insurance companies. We made this decision intentionally so we can work directly for our customers — not the insurance companies.
This allows us to:
- Communicate openly and clearly with our customers
- Explain every step of the repair process
- Show what the insurance company approves
- Advocate for proper repairs
- Push for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts whenever possible
Many DRP shops are required to follow strict insurance guidelines, which may include the use of aftermarket or used parts without fully explaining it to the vehicle owner. At Alpharetta’s Finest Auto Collision, we believe customers deserve full transparency.
We take the time to explain what is being repaired, what parts are being used, and why. Our goal is to restore your vehicle safely, correctly, and as close to original condition as possible — with no surprises.
